Credits are the shared budget behind every AI feature — Ask AI, the Counselor, Guided Learning, Studio, the resume and portfolio builders, image generation. A longer or more complex request costs more credits than a short one.

I hit my AI usage limit — what now?

AI features (Ask AI, Counselor, Guided Learning, LinkedIn Optimizer, etc.) share a monthly credit budget that depends on your plan; it refreshes at the start of each billing cycle (Free plan credits are a one-time allowance). If you need more, buy a credit top-up or upgrade your plan.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly plan credits do not roll over — each cycle starts at your plan's allowance. Credits you buy as a top-up sit in your wallet and stay there until you use them.

Can I upgrade in the middle of a term?

Yes. Buy the higher plan and the new allowance and features apply from that payment. Because nothing renews automatically, there is no subscription to cancel first.

Can I get a refund?

A paid plan gives you working software the moment the payment succeeds, so once access is granted the payment is not refundable. Three exceptions always apply: you were charged twice for the same thing, the payment went through but access was never given, or we withdrew a plan or paid feature in the middle of your term.

There is no refund button — every request is read by a person. Email us from the address on the account with 'Refund request' in the subject line. We acknowledge within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days, and if we need longer we tell you why before that deadline rather than after it.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered inside Razorpay's own checkout and never reach our servers. We keep the payment reference, the amount, the plan, the billing period and the invoice number.

I want a paid plan but I don't have a card.

Use the 'Ask a parent' button on the Pricing or Buy Credits page. We email whoever you've added as your parent with a link. They pay from their own account and it lands on yours. Nothing is charged unless they finish it.

Yes — Settings > Privacy & Data has an 'Export My Data' option that downloads your profile, resume, and portfolio information.

How do I delete my account?

Settings > Privacy & Data has account deletion. It removes your profile and everything you built. Payment and invoice records survive it, because Indian tax law requires us to keep them for a fixed period whatever you ask.

What happens if I stop using my account?

An account that goes 18 months without being used is deleted permanently. We email the address on the account one month, three weeks, two weeks, one week and one day before that date. Signing in at any point stops the countdown and starts the 18 months again.

Settings > Privacy & Data controls whether your public profile page is discoverable and whether your public portfolio pages are indexed by search engines. Both are off by default and fully under your control.

I'm under 18 — what's different for me?

Indian law (the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023) treats anyone under 18 as a child and requires a parent or guardian to be involved. If you sign yourself up, we ask for a guardian's email, send a code to it, and wait for them to enter it before the account goes any further.

What can't an under-18 account do until a guardian confirms?

Until a guardian enters the code, the account cannot use the parent dashboard, does not send the weekly guardian digest, and cannot use the AI career counsellor. Where a school created the account, the school is the gatekeeper instead.

Can a student under 18 publish a public portfolio?

Only if a guardian has agreed. Until then those portfolios are left out of the search-engine submissions we make on every release and carry a noindex instruction. Anyone who has the link can still open it, so share it deliberately.

How do I withdraw consent or have my data deleted?

Settings > Privacy & Data covers export and account deletion, and the Privacy Policy lists the rights the DPDP Act gives you and the address to write to. Withdrawing consent stops the processing that depends on it, which in practice means the account stops working.

Do I have to decide my career now?

No. If you're in Class 8, 9 or 10, the point right now is to look around and find out what you enjoy. Most people change their mind several times, and that's normal. Nothing you pick here is final.

No. Almost nobody knows at your age, and the ones who say they do often change later. Start with what you're good at and what you like doing, and the options get clearer on their own.
