Who may use Careers Craft

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

If you are under 18, you may use Careers Craft only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

If your institute provides your account, your institute administers it and may be able to view your activity and results, and may suspend or remove your access.

What Careers Craft is, and is not

Careers Craft provides career exploration, assessments, learning plans, practice material and AI-generated guidance.

It is informational. It is not professional career counselling, education placement, admission, employment, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of any academic result, admission, job, internship or income.

Assessment results, readiness scores and AI-generated plans are indicative and can be wrong. Make important decisions with a qualified human adviser as well.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans and their inclusions are described on our pricing page. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Access to a paid plan begins once payment is confirmed and continues for the term you purchased.

AI features consume credits from your plan's allowance. When the allowance is exhausted, those features stop until the allowance renews or you buy more.

We may change prices. A change never affects a term you have already paid for.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. In particular: do not share your account, do not attempt to access other users' data, do not scrape or bulk-extract content, do not upload unlawful or infringing material, do not attempt to bypass credit limits or paywalls, and do not use the service to harm or harass anyone.

Do not use the platform to cheat in any examination or assessment that a school, college or employer relies on.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload — résumés, portfolio content, answers and documents.

You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content in order to run the service for you, including sending it to AI providers to generate your results.

If you publish a portfolio or share a report link, you are choosing to make that content publicly accessible to anyone holding the link.

Our content

The platform, its software, design, career library and assessment instruments belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the service and for your own personal or institutional use.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice before withdrawing something material to a paid plan.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of Careers Craft is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on guidance generated by the platform.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
